Action Plans

If You Are Interested on creating an "Action Plan" in your CRM then the following links are what I use.  I use them for both new leads of buyers and sellers. You could use one or all ... whatever works for you. Also, there is no rule on how often to send them out. I have spaced them 7 days apart in KVCore which is my CRM.  Click on each link to view the PDF of that email.  The first one labelled "00" is the template I created.  Once I had that the way I wanted it I could just duplicate it for each email and then edit the contents of it.

Therefore I have 22 Emails 7 days apart so my new leads get touches up to 154 days from the start. Of course we need to call them along with the emails below.
