16. Very Simple Goal Planning Spreadsheet
This is not a Business Plan. This is much simpler to use. For high volume and large teams a business plan is important but I have found most agents don't do one. I made this spread sheet as it will help agents to "Focus" on a goal to outdo what they did last year but in fact give them a visual description of where they need to go to get to "Their Personal Next Level".
If you have and use a Business Plan then it is important to use it. If you don't use one of have tried one but never followed up then this is for you.
